Event Description

Having been in the industry for over 25 years, Janet Wimmer has seen it all. She will go over real-world experiences that she has encountered over the years of helping dealers obtain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. She has been onsite to help with inspections of all kinds. In this webinar learn from the good, the bad and the ugly situations Janet has seen over the years and how you can increase compliance at your facility, before the inspector shows up.

Presenter: Janet Wimmer

Janet Wimmer has been working in Safety and Environmental Regulations since the regulations began in the 70’s and 80’s. Having had a small recycling business that received the first EPA permit in Tennessee, she has suffered the pain of regulation while trying to keep a business afloat. She later started her own EHS Compliance Consulting company focusing on dealers. Dealing with the practical points of regulation and conveying these regulations clearly are her strong points.

Great webinar topic that presents stories from a KPA Engineer experience when visiting dealerships before/during/after OSHA, EPA or DOT has arrived and inspected a dealership.
