This is NOT a conference with multiple breakout sessions happening at the same time, but rather; it is a seminar with one speaker at a time diving deep into the subject and delivering real-world information, processes and techniques you can go back to the dealership and perform immediately.

There are also several low-cost shuttles from the airport to the hotel if you're traveling heavy.

Criss Castle is a working manager as eCommerce and Digital Communications Director for the Northtowne Auto Group in Kansas City handling Hyundai, Volkswagen, Mazda, Fiat, Lincoln, Mitsubishi, and Suzuki dealerships.

 

Jim Ziegler met Criss online in various automotive forums, became professional friends and found out she was one of the better cutting edge technology sales managers in the business. The more Jim found out about Criss castle, the more convinced he became that she had to share her expertise with others at Internet Battle Plan.
