Event Description

The Department of Transportation (DOT) regulates drivers, but the DOT also determines requirements and regulations all dealerships have to adhere to. KPA has documented a significantly high number of hazardous material audits conducted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) over the last year. With hazmat violations up to $50,000 per incident, any spike in regulatory enforcement is cause for alarm.

Even if you're familiar with DOT regulations this webinar is recommended, as we're finding many employees are confusing the requirements for shipping hazmat by ground and air.
