ADP Negotiation
I'm negotiating with ADP to upgrade my accounting system. They have proposed large initial charges for things. Examples are: Charges to set up each individual user, upgrading to the new system, mapping for the new system, and integrating with our Dealer Track software. Has anyone had experience with them on an upgrade? Seems like they are charging for the change to something they are going to charge more for.
