The second is our LeadVault quick response system that we use in the office. When a lead form is filled out, I get a text message on my cell with a link to claim the lead. If I am the first rep to click the link, I receive the lead details and I can call, text, or email a response (an notification also pop-ups in the middle of my computer screen with the same link), and my phone rings with an audio prompt to claim the lead or decline. If I take the call and accept the lead, I am given the lead details and the lead is automatically dialed (better have a pen ready). Any rep can claim the lead and the first one there gets it.
