To Jim Ziegler:

Recently we had the privilege of having Jim Ziegler of Ziegler SuperSystems come out to our dealership for some onsite training.

Jim came to us near the end of the month, and; while we were busy, we were also looking for some fresh ideas. There was a new smell in the air. Jim brought a level of enthusiasm, excitement, and a "Wow Approach" that really makes sense for our dealership. He got everyone thinking and our momentum intensified.

We'd heard many things about Jim, but, no one anticipated this. initially our goal was to increase margins by $600 per unit retailed. The results have been phenomenally successful, and it shows in the numbers- at an increase of $900 per unit we are very excited about the results.

As I write this, we are finishing the 2nd biggest month in the history of our 11 year-old company.

Thanks Jim, we really feel like we've walked away from this moment in our timeline with a load of new, modern, and fresh ideas. We can't wait to see what the response from our video testimonials will be.

Thank you Jim and we look forward to our next meeting.

Is that NOT the strongest testimonial you've ever seen from a high volume quality Dealership?
The is purely AWESOME!  Congrats to JIM, Chad Baker and the folks at Marc Heitz Chevrolet, and all who benefit from contracting JIM and Ziegler SuperSystems....Wise move!!!!!!!!!
It surely has become harder but you are correct! It just calls for some more creative ideas and techniques I believe. I just spend a few good days with a large group and I was extremely impressed on how they really make the profits on used cars. The group was forced to cut spending my much and really focus on every aspect of used car sales to make up some revenue. Some wonderful ideas that is little savings but adds up to be thousand monthly. Using the wholesalers and auctions to their advantage, beside the the front and back end on used. My comment is just related to used cars but wanted to share. Thanks
