We are a Dayton area dealership currently looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Finance Manager. Previous automotive finance experience is REQUIRED! Strong PVR and an above average CSI at previous dealerships are also REQUIRED! Impeccable references are also a must. Previous experience at a highline, import store is a PLUS! This is a BIG TIME opportunity for individuals with previous F & I experience to further their careers with a well-respected Dealership.

Responsibilities:

Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.

Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.

Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.

Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

Qualifications:

Must have previous dealership Finance experience.

Must have a strong, and be able to provide proof of it.

Must have an above average CSI and be able to provide proof of it.

Must have the ability to cooperate with others.

Drug screening and background checks will be performed.

Must have bullet proof references.
