A major disadvantage of CCTV cameras is that they can only monitor a limited area of the dealerships, and even if the cameras are positioned correctly, there is no guarantee that the cameras will identified the intruders and catch any crime or unwanted behavior done on the property. Many Auto groups nationwide watched their losses increase due to intruders damaging and stealing from their property, losing so much time in documenting, reporting, repairing, and replacing what was taken even with security cameras facing the car lot.
