Delaney Honda Chevrolet Buick Subaru is currently looking to hire an Experienced Automotive Finance Managers at 2 LOCATIONS! We will be filling multiple positions at our brand new Honda store and also at our Chevrolet, Buick, Subaru store. Previous Automotive Sales experience is REQUIRED and previous Dealership Finance experience is a MAJOR PLUS! Impeccable references are also a must. This is a BIG TIME opportunity for individuals with previous Automotive Finance experience to further their careers with a well-respected Dealership.

Responsibilities:

Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers with nonprime/subprime credit.

Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.

Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.

Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

Requirements

Must have Automotive Sales experience

Previous Dealership Finance experience is a PLUS

Must be a strong closer

Must be able to manage others

Must have the ability to cooperate with others

Drug screening and background checks will be performed

Must have bullet proof references.
