Things are on the move in the our industry and more dealers are looking for their fixed departments to increase sales on the service drive and cover more f the overall expense.

 

Question: Why do most dealers continue to spend most of their advertising budget advertising new car sales? Reports indicate that the dealership service  is going to become very hard unless something is done to stop this trend.

 

Bottom line:

 

retention is a great long term goal but what are we doing now to increase our repair order counts and gross profit margins?
