Qualifications:
-Exceptional communication skills both on the phone as well as in face to face interactions with customers
-Friendly phone voice
-2 + years experience in customer service
-Career focused individual
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced business setting
-Proficient computer skills-familiar with all Microsoft office programs
-automotive background-not necessary
