How long does one "pester" an Internet Inquiry until they finally respond?

As and Internet Manager, I understand the saying, "Just get them in" or "Contact them until they buy, die, or opt-out." With personally working 100 leads a month... when does one just say enough is enough?

What follow-up process works and pays off?

Katie, in my experience your most affective time is about first 14 days. Within this timeframe you have the best chance to get those folks in. Breakdown you leads into "buckets" - Bucket A - first 48 hrs, Bucket B - 3 - 7days, Bucket C - 8 - 14 days and Bucket D - 15 - 30 days. Depending on your CRM tool you might be able to organize them this way. What is important to keep in mind is most leads over 90 days are pretty much rare deals - you can convert anything over 45 days onto automatic follow up. Your templates are important part of this as well. The key is timely and relevant response.  You're absolutely right if you are handling 100 leads it is just a matter of time before you end up with 500 -600 active leads.  It is way to many to handle.  If you have more questions, let me know.  Tony Troussov  - ttroussov@adgtoday.com
