I am new to this site so, my apologies if I am posting this in the wrong section.  However, I am currently looking to extend my career within the Automotive Industry.  I have been in it, in some form or fashion for the last 20 years.  Long story short, I was laid off from an Automotive Ad agency and shortly after I was doing contract work.  I was just helping friends set up their social media outlets, when I decided to start my own little business.  My business was a social media company, that's intent was to personalize the social media experience for auto dealers.  Unfortunately, I found out that it takes a lot more startup capital than I had! So, now I find myself looking for employment once again.  In an effort to do so, I have set up a Twitter account, a blog, and have tied them together with my LinkedIn profile. 

There seems to be a disconnect somewhere with my efforts and landing the job! I realize their are a number of variables to consider, but was wondering if someone could take a look at my resume and possibly give some feedback as to what I should/could be looking for based from my experience. 

Based off of those recommendations or opinions, I will be able to tell if I am at least looking for the right position.
