By encouraging your customers to share their experiences they will feel that you are not just trying to slam them into a vehicle they will start to listen and you will listen - better so you can better understand their needs. You must be fully comfortable within yourself before you can be effective in communicating with others.

When we really listen, we build trust. Listening makes us more approachable, and your customers will begin to trust you and keep an open mind. Customers know when you're faking it so you need to be real. We need to be better.

Once you build a trusting relationship you will be able to contribute in meaningful ways if not you fail. It's our responsibility to ensure a culture of trust exists, which invites and rewards your opinions and innovative ideas.

People don't mind if the vehicle does not or have a few extra things as long as it has the things that matter. Because they trust and like you and you are like family.

You have to touch people it helps to break down barriers. Have you notice when you go to the Dr. the first thing they do is touch you it is because it helps to build a bond of trust, something you cannot put a price on.

People don't buy what you do; they buy YOU so do it right. The goal is not to do business with everybody who needs what you have. The goal is to do business with people who believe what you believe and what you do it simply serves as proof of what you believe.

TAC wants to work with you and be a Service for you, not just a Service to you. We hope you say that we have succeeded in meeting the criteria of being creative without being too preachy
