I was in a dealership a few years ago where the building was tall enough to have a basket and shoot regulation free throws inside it!

Since January-March is when the dealerships have the least traffic in general, lets maximize March Madness. Note that March Madness is a registered trademark by the NCAA, but there are still opportunities to be taken advantage of here.

How do we best do this in general? Be specific, but don't lose sight of what makes you and your dealership unique.
