Microsites/SEO keyword optimization

I'm looking for expert advise on how to begin buying microsites and how to manage them properly to maximize SEO.  Also, we pay for basic SEO but wanted to know the benefits/success stories of dealers paying for advanced SEO based on keywords that drive the most traffic to their website.  We are a Nissan dealer in SC with a lot of success with SEM/SEO/retargeting/branding but have not yet started our Microsite/advanced SEO strategies.  What are the best companies that offer support in these two categories?  Any feedback would be appreciated.

You must not be familiar with what CarMercial offers with their VSEO support.  It has a huge benefit to us with VSEO and competitive annihilation campaigns.  I can't imagine not reaping the benefits from their support.

Vimeo Channel embedded in all our macro sites for (Overkill) SEO on the sites and adds seo to our video platform. Dealers would have to hire a program developers to do this in house Timothy Martell .
