Fixed Operations Director.

The ideal candidate will have multiple years experience coordinating & directing

all fixed operations within large dealerships. Our need

for this position is dictated by substantial growth which

requires us to implement state of the art management

processes for all service departments, parts departments

and a body shop. Experience with domestic and

Asian imports is preferred. You will lead a team of experienced

Service and Parts Managers, but not be following

someone's footprints. Experience with developing

successful marketing and merchandising programs

while maintaining excellent CSI & ESI will be required.
