We are a Denver, CO area dealership currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager (New Car Sales Manager) to come aboard and grow with our rapidly growing dealership! We are looking for a high energy, outgoing New Car Sales Manager who will take our dealership to the next level. Previous Dealership Sales Manager Experience is REQUIRED. Previous New Car Sales Manager experience is a PLUS! Prior experience with CDK, strong closing skills, internet sales experience and the ability to manage a sales team are also REQUIRED.

  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
  • Establish recommended sales and profit objectives
  • Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
  • Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
  • Attend managers’ meetings and training as requested
  • Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
  • Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales
  • Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals
  • Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees
  • Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership
  • Monitor and analyze salespeople’s performances
  • Assist salespeople closing deals
  • Communicate with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed
  • Maintain a timely owner follow-up system

  • Previous Automotive Sales Manager Experience is REQUIRED
  • Previous New Car Sales Manager Experience is a PLUS
  • ADP Experience is a PLUS
  • Ability to Manage a Sales Team
  • Strong Closing Skills
  • Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required
  • Willing To Learn
  • Strong sales and closing skills required
  • Receptive To New Ideas
