I'm sure it's not much different than sales BDC (which I have experience with).

But where I'm out now could use a bit more help with the service BDC.

Anyone have any scripts that I can share and practice with them?

Also, any recommendations for how to structure the service BDC? (roles, positions, pay plan, etc.)
