Ron Tonkin Dealerships has a rare opportunity for a Finance and Insurance Specialist at one of our Eastside and Westside Portland dealerships. Sell Automotive Finance and Insurance, Aftermarket, and Accessories products to retail consumers. Provide superior customer service in full disclosure sales environment. Arrange financing for customers through various lenders, assist Management team with training of Sales personnel, other Sales department responsibilities as required.

Requirements: Please do not apply unless you have a MINIMUM of one year of stable high-volume Automotive Dealership F&I experience and verifiable references documenting Gross Profit Averages, CSI, and excellent Lender relationships. Attention to detail and clean paperwork a MUST! Knowledge of ADP, special finance and sub-prime bank relationships a PLUS. Required Education: College degree or equivalent automotive work experience Corporate Hiring Requirements: Minimum age of 18, valid driver's license, clean driving record, able to pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
