Title: Business Development Representative
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming email sales leads in a timely manner
Set appointments with prospective customers
Give customers accurate and detailed information based on their requests
Help prospective buyers though the car shopping process
Follow up with customers that have not purchased a vehicle
Requirements
Telephone & email communication skills are necessary. Grammar and spelling skills are also important.
Some experience working with telephones preferred.
