.....the keys are under the control of the flooring company

.....the the computers at the sales desk are "green screens"

When they are completely unaware of how many bad reviews they have online...  and probably don't care anyway.
...When the new GM's name is Anthony Weiner and he insists that you follow him on Twitter.
When the crisis management plan for your dealership is to pass the buck or play the blame game instead of take on challenges head on.
when they've hired three other sales people besides you and the rest of the sales staff have a pool going to see who lasts the longest.
When there is a big turnover of personell.
When you reveive an NSF notice from your mortgage holder because your paycheck bounced...
When they hand you your check on Friday, and they ask you not to deposit it until Monday.
... the pay plan changes month to month.  As well the sales managers seem to change month to month.
Well, when I hear salesman and managers alike speaking rudly and using discriptive and fowl langauge in describing or streo-typing there customers that they rely on to make to a living, you know you are working at a bad dealership.

When any manager or dealer says, "We tried that once and it didn't work."  OR, "This is the way we've always done it."
