Good Morning All;

Thanks for the invite to the GROUP! I totally believe that we need to listen to everyone in the Business! But; the people in the Automotive Business that still believe it's not changing need to wake up! They are slowing down everybody's growth. Believe me the Business is changing right under our noses and the one's that change with it will end up on TOP of the game!........Everybody will need to LEARN to LISTEN!! Not only from your Customer base but your employees as well! I still work under the idea, You are only as good as your weakest link and/or employee! Make your employee's better! But How? A lot of people ask? Ask them they will tell you?? I believe that the change is coming!! Let's HELP each other with fresh ideas and feedback!! POSITIVE Feedback!!

Thank you Manny.
And that is the reason we have this group.It's great to get everything out in the open to say what you feel and we need to find a way to learn from it and grow!!!
Thats what I was looking for...positive feedback to help me move past and grow. When people truly care is when they grow frustrated with things that are out of thier control. Aparently this (an opinion) can be harmful to my dealer, which was not at all my intent. I would have rather harmed myself.

So dE, I leave you with this....

"Sometimes a smile and silence can be the best life tools to use. A smile will help to solve your problems and silence will help you avoid them."

Is far as McDonalds, I read a story about a girl in high school that all she wanted to do is work for them. her parents did not like the idea and told her she needed to go to collage and do somthing else with her life and we're disappointed with her. She did not listen to her parents and keep on working for McDonalds and this is her now!
The key to being great is to have a pasion and a conviction more then a love for your Job!!!

Ofelia Melendrez, QSC Vice President, Greater Southwest Region
Ever since Ofelia was a little girl, her dream was to see the world. When McDonald’s moved her to their Latin America Group, she had the opportunity to travel all over South America, and loved being able to combine two of her passions: travel and teaching. She began working for McDonald’s in 1992 as a manager trainee and says that, “As the child of immigrant parents who saw McDonald’s as just the restaurant down the road, it became clear to my mom and dad that my potential within the McDonald’s organization had no limits.” Today, Ofelia is a Quality, Service & Cleanliness Vice President, and is responsible for over 700 restaurants, whose annual sales top $1.4 billion. .
