Right now we are using a CRM company strictly for following up with customers after they purchase a vehicle.  They provide us with letters that have the salesperson's name signed a the bottom and the salesperson signs it and we mail it to the customer.  They get birthday cars and things like that.  Does anyone know a company that does a similar type of service?  Any information would be appreciat…
