- Insight. I started in the auto industry when I was 19 and haven’t been able to peel away, always getting drawn back in. I started in a BDC, taking control of a dealerships Internet Department. From there I went into Sub-prime financing at a small Ford Dealership. Then became Business Manager at an Infiniti Dealership, revamping their financing department, while keeping tabs on the front end as well. I currently work for Jerry Thibeau at Phone Ninjas as a Phone Coach, I am also a member of his Sales Team. I have learned quite a bit in such a short period of time, but love to continue to learn. Not only will I learn here, but I will be able to speak intelligently on a wide variety of topics.
