I think dealers, their personnel specifically, should master the basics before adding technology and sales process trraining to the mix. The training or technology may be top tier but often fails because of the person being trained or responsible for results, the culture of management (no support), or the lack of understanding of how training and technology can improve or affect the dealership's bottom line and individual income.
