Within 1 year of becoming EM, through substantial training and leadership, we grew the dealership from dead last in the metro to the #2 volume Nissan dealer in Indianapolis market, as well as the #4 volume dealer in the region, up from #13. As e-Commerce director of a seven-roof top organization, I coach a Internet staff of 25. I'm responsible for Internet sales, CRM, sales training, and all things digital. Through my vast experience, communication and leadership skills, we continue to grow and increase our Internet sales, year over year.

While peddling automotive training seminars door-to-door and coast-to-coast, I gleaned incredible knowledge and insight from automotive authorities Gart Sutton, Clint McGhee & Grant Cardone. I was the first marketing team to sell Grant when he was still a "Grant Who"?

I'm the national dealer spokesperson for Scan & Drive Mobile Technologies, member of the Dominion Dealer Solutions National Dealer Counsel, a featured speaker at the Digital Dealer Conference and Exposition and Driving Sales Executive Summit.
