The biggest sale of the year "today", a sales proof process where the house is guaranteed to win - everyday?
Food for thought: My challenge to you is to simply ask the sales team if they know what the big sale is - today? Does the sales team know that they're having the biggest sale of the year - today? If they give you that deer with the head lights look, you might want to evaluate if your process is truly a sales environment for "today" or if it's just "another" day!
