Anyone have experience with a PEO or Leasing your employees?

PEO on Entreprenuer.com

Leased Employees

Definition: Workers who are officially employed by a professional employer organization, which is responsible for overseeing all HR-related functions, but who actually perform all work for your company.
We have been approached by ADP, Paychex and Prime about this product or arrangement.  It seems intriguing. but new idea like this are always scary.
