Danny -- Great post and video -- really!  And, another shout out to Alex Lau and his passion/committment for using dealerElite in a thinking, smart, passionate, way! That's the whole point of these engaging platforms is to expand and exchange. And to not stay comfortable!

I agree email has got to the stage it's is misused by over use. Yes email if you have important information but please do not fill my inbox with constant updates that you think might interest me.

Hey Danny, I'm sure glad Alexander Lau and Manny Luna mentioned DealerElite on ADM.  Otherwise, I'd have never "joined up" and would have missed this extremely savvy post of yours about time management.  Rather than the many blogs that state some "big problem with the industry" and leave you hanging, you launched in to some "fixes" that are effective and doable.  The "greeting an intruder by standing up when your busy" is an excellent, non-offensive way to handle what can be an everyday situation.  It alone was worth the view!

Looking forward to parts two and three, and only hope they're as informative as part one.
