Chris Saraceno Great tool to use, may I add that management and processes are most important for the new hires. Finding good people to hire is one thing, Showing them a new age process that will help them generate 15 to 20 cars a month in the first 60 days is Epic!   

With the right management and sales process in a dealership the new hires are well on their way to sell 20 plus cars for the rest of their life if they choose to.
