Excellent 'Why Buy Here' long-form commercial.

Everyone seems sincerely customer satisfaction oriented  ---  which is the real why buy here.

I had a great 'buying experience' the other day getting a new phone. When I discovered that the phone was so smart the keyboard could not be up-sized if you don't type with long fingernails I went back and they kept me waiting an hour to tell me they could not do anything for me. The most important thing any business can do is to not handle dis-satisfaction fires by throwing gasoline on them.
