Happiness can be attained just like anything else. Do you have a strategy for increasing your happiness?

At the end of the day people want to be happy, more than anything else. This has been a driving force of Man for thousands of years. You want to be happy in your work, your family, your community, your free time and in all your activities. You want more happiness in your life.
 
I have never understood the point of the phrase: “money won't make you happy”, because not having money won't make you happy either. The reality is nothing can make you happy if you never decide to be happy. In addition, there is a big difference between being happy and feeling good. I believe most people are going for feeling good in the moment as a distraction rather than achieving true, lasting happiness.
