Lot porter first mentality: Means that nobody is missed, and those who serve the most menial of tasks are to be appreciated the same as those who produce the greatest of results.
Give your bottom performers or the least paid of workers a word of encouragement, show just that little bit more of appreciation, it's a surefire to earn respect from the top and everyone in between will know you care from the bottom up!~

I always said to whichever dealer I was working with..."If you want to know what is going on in your business, ask the lot attendant!"...Great post Bobby.... I was taught years ago to walk in the back door in the AM and say good morning to every employee...walk through the body shop to the service dept through the parts dept and so on.... Very important!!!!
