Lot porter first mentality: Means that nobody is missed, and those who serve the most menial of tasks are to be appreciated the same as those who produce the greatest of results.

Give your bottom performers or the least paid of workers a word of encouragement, show just that little bit more of appreciation, it's a surefire to earn respect from the top and everyone in between will know you care from the bottom up!~

You are only as big as the ones you support. Great share brother--we should all make it a point to get to know ALL of their employees names, they are the ones who make us look like giants.

I always said to whichever dealer I was working with..."If you want to know what is going on in your business, ask the lot attendant!"...Great post Bobby.... I was taught years ago to walk in the back door in the AM and say good morning to every employee...walk through the body shop to the service dept through the parts dept and so on.... Very important!!!!

Those that are paid the least often have their hands and heads on the pulse of the company. Lend an ear, we could very well learn something. Good post Bobby
