Good points in this video SVB...

Well worth the watch for however they may apply in your dealership's sales process. (I think we all can get caught in the "we have to give them away" trap because of initial equoting.) With 80% of customers switching from their initial request... opportunity for more gross is available on the majority of retail sales.
