Robert W. Smith joins forces with New Vision Sales Inc.


Fort Mill, South Carolina, May 5, 2010 - Glynn Rodean, President and CEO of New Vision Sales Inc., announced Robert W. Smith has joined forces with New Vision Sales Inc. Mr. Smith, a 20 year pioneer and Industry Expert, is now the new South East Account Executive & Consultant.
An interview with Robert Smith by Eve Weaver; Operations Manager of the NVS Call Center & Executive Assistant.

Eve: "Welcome home Robert. Glynn and I are thrilled that you have joined us. With all of your experience and success, what was your first thought when you and Glynn first discussed this move?"

Robert: "I was ecstatic! I have studied Business Development Centers and, as I said, have owned one in the southeast for 20 years. Firsthand knowledge of BDC operations and strategies, and what is involved in being successful, have given me the utmost respect for Glynn Rodean, his methodology and vision."

Eve: "Why have you decided to partner with Glynn and New Vision Sales?"

Robert: "I am coming out of retirement. I retired from operating my own BDC for 20 years, but missed being involved with clients and the "hands on" approach to Business Development, and wanted to return to the arena. Glynn has a younger company than mine, and his company is on the cutting edge. My BDC was simply a production company. Glynn has an "in store training" component in combination with his own call center and technology products. It just made sense to join forces."

Eve: "When did you first hear about Glynn Rodean and New Vision Sales process and services?"

Robert: "I first discovered Glynn Rodean through his columns and articles in industry publications. I was so impressed that I knew immediately if ever given the chance, I‘d be foolish not to team up with him."

Eve: "What are the initial steps you plan on taking when joining NVS?"

Robert: "My first step and primary mission is to add dealer clients, to consult with these dealers and expand Glynn’s span of reach. I mean he is on the plane every week. It is an honor to be associated with him and to help him grow NVS"

Eve: "If you had to name one area that is Glynn’s forte, what would it be?"

Robert: "Glynn is the master of sales communication. He owns the phone. I have worked with hundreds of national speakers and none of them compare to the quality of Glynn’s teachings on voice inflections, asking the right questions, controlling the phone conversation and setting appointments"

Eve: "As you look to the future what do you see for New Vision Sales?"

Robert: "What I see with his products and services is that they are larger than any one automobile dealer. His products and services are very scalable on a national and international level, and can be adapted to other industries. Glynn is at the forefront when it comes to simplifying technology."

Eve: "In closing, do you have any additional comments you would like to share about Glynn Rodean and New Vision Sales Inc.?"

"New Vision Sales and Glynn Rodean, methods are the future of business development. With the economies of scale and using his technology and methodology, dealerships will be able to grow their businesses and increase their market share in an ever-increasing competitive marketplace. Many dealers and businesses waste so much money and are so dysfunctional in the way that they develop business. Adopting a small portion of Glynn’s ideas and New Vision Sales Methods cannot help but result in increased business and profits for them."
