Service Retention : Follow Discounting or Loyalty Program?

With multiple dealerships in same city ( same company and competitors) - need to maintain a continuous stream of vehicles is must, and retention holds the key.... now to retain, do we need to follow discounting for customers or implement Loyalty program?

Saket- Set a loyalty program at delivery. Set up a point system, that gives value to your customer, so they create a habit to come only to your dealerships. Easycare has such a program. Call Bruce O'Brien@404.840.6308. He can be a great help .
