My first job at a dealership was car sales, took less than a year to get blown out.  All my respect to the salesmen out there that do such a professional job.

That was challenging, I enjoyed it. I didn't realize that there more to the sale than the customer. I had a hard time negotiating with the desk manager and lost the first sale. I learned from it and sold a car! Okay, so it was a simulated sale. I could do that all day long. How much is it for a sales liscense? I have weekends free.....

Craig is correct! Our Dealerships have used this Screening tool for years. Ever Dealer would lower their Turnover if they used this Sales Aptitude Assessment Simulation.
