These "Automotive Management Minute" video clips from Richard Bustillo have each contained genuine best practices for the management of a car dealership... This video on expense control and supplier management process is priceless.  I guarantee you that any dealership where the General Manager takes to heart what is in this clip and implements the process described by Richard will save thousands of dollars per month... Maybe even enough money to afford to hire a full time dedicated Digital Marketing Manager!
