First I want to say I'm sorry for the delayed response - My beautiful first born daughter married her best friend last Friday, therefore the last couple weeks have been a bit of a blur...
I truly want to thank you all for your support and comments. When I retired retail after 3 decades, I had one mission in mind... To pioneer the personal brand movement within the automotive industry and coach Car People by helping them find their inner expert and leverage their strengths through leadership. No more blame, and no more excuses. The time is NOW to dig deep and evaluate the WHO. WHO we are determines WHAT we do and HOW we do it, and without taking genuine interest in understanding who we are by evaluating the results of our thoughts, emotions and action, the cycle will continue. That's insanity!
Thank you ALL again for sharing your WHO and making a difference!
Comment by Mr. Natural on August 25, 2012 at 1:15pm Riveting Renee...Being a person who believes that we are what we think, I'd have to side up with you 100% on this. We live in a world controlled by fear. One of the biggest: Fear of failure. In out business, one never never has to look very far to find a comrade who can tell us that whatever we are working on won't work. If I let others decide what I was doing was going to have a good outcome, I would never succeed at anything. I never let anyone else decide what the outcome of my efforts will be. That's my choice.
Millions in this world are ruled by the negative ideas of others.Just look at out politics and government. The car business is right up there at the top as well.
Great stuff Renee, I hung on every word.

Thought-provoking piece...We get so caught up in the negative energy surrounding us...we need to learn to emerge and rise above...If we capitalize with positivity and enthusiasm on the negative vibes of those surrounding us, we will prosper!!!
