GREAT ADVICE MR DAVID MARTIN. I HOPE ASSOCIATES AND MANAGERS FOLLOWS UP WITH THE ADVICE WHICH EVER WAY IT WORKS FOR THEM. BUT MOST IMPORTANT THEY SHOULD FOLLOW A PROCESS.

I HAVE BEEN IN AUTO BUSINESS FOR THE LAST 33 YEARS INDIFFERENT POSITON.

FROM SALES ASSOCIATES TO ALL THE WAY TO MANAGEMENT POSITION.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW  PROCESS WHAT EVER WAY YOUR DEALESHIP WORK SOME WHERE ON THE LINE YOU LOSE TRACK AND MIGHT EVEN LOSE A SALE..
