John, I agree. Grant started out by saying that he is going into companies that are struggling and that they are lying about not having enough time, so if you are struggling, don't use time as an excuse. If you "go to work to work" you will be come successful because you used your time effectively, then and only then, can you enjoy your time off because now you don't need excuses.
