I love the point that Grant makes in this video... If your employees THINK your training program is dull, boring, of little value... Then it is!

Whether you use Grant Cardone's training, or anyone else's you need to watch this video and take Grant's guidance to heart. Training should be something that sales professionals look forward to because it provides them with the skills to do a better job, make more money and most of inspires them to succeed.  If you think your training is ineffective, then it is!
