Great insight! In order to do this effectively you have to be really attentive to your customers, anticipating their thought, actions and emotions.

Outstanding video, Sir. 

I agree 100% with you on your first series in respect to not utilizing the sold line as a trial close! As well as I like your approach and efforts to lower the defenses of a client, great stuff.
