Spoken like a true leader. A sales representative is only as good as the training he or she gets from the management team. A sales representative gets better with positive attributions and not being brought down all the time. I've seen many sales representatives not make the grade (so to speak) only because the management lacks the training needed to keep the sales force going in the positive manner. Chris Saraceno is a positive influence on my work habits now, even though I work for another dealership. I hope to return to his leadership skills in the future.
