Nice presentation, Alan.  Well organized, concise explanations of the addressed situations, solid suggestions for handling them, all delivered with a "just right" intensity in a reasonable length of time.  Hard not to call it "flawless, as I listened to it three times while I was working and found nothing to fault about it.  But, are you having fun?
