@ Craig - Of course like yourself you and I believe in process, I too believe and have experienced the same as you perfectly stated here " .The way we start our "sale" perhaps is a bit different than most,nothing to do with process or word tracks,more to do with how to provide everyone we come in contact with what their most basic human needs are."

Nice video!  I am an independent trainer for a family of dealerships.  Love your "simplicity" approach.  We need to understand that we have a great service we can provide to Guests and we need to do it better than the next dealer.  Working with your staff on "software" training (people skills, road to the sale skills) is paramount!  "Hardware" training (product knowledge) is important as well but won't get your salespeople be-backs and referrals!

When we bring a new trainer into AutoMax it's the very first thing I share with them and when our Recruiter/Trainers are training new salespeople ,it's the very first thing they share with the Green Pea's

We believe if you start the sale,the relationship between salesperson and client with this thought in mind,most everything else will take care of itself!

I love cruising "the city of Compton!" Brother as always u mashed the air out of negativity! We are an industry of necessity not luxury- most of us don't fly to work- we roll up in our vehicles. We should never underestimate the value our industry brings to the economy; never undervalue your service to your customers; and your potential for success is priceless! U put in the effort, you'll reap 10x dividends. I love how u blur the lines of Us vs Them; in today's age it's Us + Them = We. Customers can come in for a no obligation evaluation of their trade- it'll open up their possibilities of improving their transportation and increase our possibilities in being able to earn a sale. Greatness as always- of course it's Bobby Compton- Making dollars out of sense.
