Managers got paranoid over closing penetration? If we didn't have the vehicle, we would write it up and send them out on an ADP "Pink Sheet" (tm)... It was a locate sheet...customer then felt committed...we were going to work hard for them to find that vehicle (new or used), plus what does that salesperson have to do that is more important than the person sitting in front of them?
