Autofusion has a great ad-on for websites called TextExpress - allows the buyer to communicate by text message, the dealer receives the message as an email. The buyer receives all responses from the dealer as text on their cell phone. All data is pushed to the CRM and conversations tracked. Check out the commercial here http://www.autofusion.com/car-dealer-text-messaging.html
