Excellent advice, and also remember there is good practice and bad practice. You have to make sure you are always practicing the right techniques, using right tools and most important practicing what feels good inside.

Practice, Practice, but, role play your last down!! Great sales becomes second nature when you know how to play to win. Know your personality type (Myers-Briggs) and wear your strong suits to work and home.
This is so much deeper than just in sales. This is valuable information for everyday life. Successful people practice and prepare for performance even after they have perfected it. Thank you very much @Dave Anderson!
